906 Jazz Jams the Tunes!
906 jazz is an eclectic group of folks that like to play jazz. It consists of members that play in other bands, but will also jam with each other making beautiful music on jazz at "The Stage" and around town as requested. These are local accomplished players that enjoy jamming out the tunes. Often we play at the Westwood Mall in "The Stage" . Our sponsor is mediaBrew where "Music In the Mall" happens. 906Jazz will often play on Saturday or Sunday afternoon during the malls mediaBrew sponsored Flea Markets
"The Stage" is loaded with good sounding vintage gear to play featuring Hammond Organs, Leslie speakers, Wurlys and Clavinet, Rhodes, Fender-Ameg amps, TeleCaster Epiphone and Hollow body electric guitars, Guild acoustic and Boss amp, PBass with am-peg cab, and a full set of Tama drums. 906Jazz at "The Stage" features a 32channel Beringher digital board with 6 monitors and full PA plus moving lights. Ableton is all set up to record. So it's Lights, Action, Camera and there's "Music at the Mall".
